Do you ship same day?
Yes, we can ship same day for our In-Stock products. Please note that the order needs to be placed before 2 PM CST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays will be processed the following business day. All Feather Flags business hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
How long do deliveries take?
Transit/Delivery time can be anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to the 48 continental states. You will need a quote for shipping times and cost to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
Custom orders will vary for shipping dates. Shipping dates are provided for custom orders once the order is finalized. For custom orders; depending on the quantity, they will ship out within 2-4 business days, or longer.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our standard shipping method is via Fedex Ground. We also offer faster service via Fedex Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Three Day Select. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Some shipping methods are not available when shipping to: Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Is expedited shipping available?
